Registered Nurse - EP Lab

Responsibilities

• circulates, scrubs, and monitors procedures such as pacemaker, ICD, and loop recorder implants, tilt table studies, electrophysiology studies, ablations, cardiac biopsies, and right heart catheterizations
• Working closely with cardiologists and the healthcare team
• Utilizing the nursing process independently
• Coordinating patient care and delegating tasks
• Serving as a clinical resource and demonstrating leadership within the department
• Identifying hospital resources
• Providing multi-campus coverage at designated hospitals

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of applicable nursing experience
• Associate Degree
• Current Basic Life Support certification from AHA or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse licensure

Full-time Day Position

• No holiday or weekend work
• Involves working at multiple hospital campuses
