About the role

Park Nicollet is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their ENT team. The position is available in Shakopee and offers a supportive environment where you can make a positive impact on patient care and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Ensure the quality of care delivered, addressing situations beyond the nurse’s competency and advocating for patient needs.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and protect patient rights while fostering a safe and therapeutic care environment.
  • Support multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Resolve concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a school of nursing.
  • Associate degree or diploma in nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One year of prior nursing experience preferred.
  • Maintain a current state certified registered nurse’s license.
  • Hold BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
  • Show knowledge of age-related growth and development necessary for patient care.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities.
