Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Position Overview This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained, and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. The nurse will coordinate care across departments and rotate between inpatient endoscopy and outpatient digestive health services. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain documentation and uphold professional standards and values.Support patient rights and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN with current state licensure.Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.Minimum of 2 years critical-care nursing experience preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling tasks. Additional Details This full-time position involves working four 10-hour shifts per week, with opportunities to rotate between endoscopy and outpatient digestive health services.
