Registered Nurse - Emergency Services
Job Description

At Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, there are full-time, part-time, and per diem registered nurse positions available in the emergency room. You'll be part of a mission to provide exceptional personalized care within a Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223-bed hospital.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Observe patients' progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal healthcare strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required
- Preferred: BSN requirement strongly encouraged
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred
Pay
The pay range listed for this position is $36.00 - $90.14 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographic location, job responsibilities, and other applicable factors permitted by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
