Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room at a leading, Magnet-recognized teaching hospital known for its commitment to patient care and advanced medical services. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a high-acuity emergency room setting.
• Float to various facilities within the region as needed, including Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, freestanding EDs, Lake Norman, and Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH). Travel time between facilities will be paid.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• SSN, date of birth, and one professional reference from the last 12 months required.
• Skills checklist and reference within the last 12 months.
• Copies of all certifications or proof of class registration must be provided.
• Willingness to float to all facilities within the region as needed (decline if not agreeable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
• Experience in a high-acuity setting.

Pay

Pay Rate: $1,682.00 - $1,768.00 per shift.
