Registered Nurse - Emergency Room/ICU Critical Care Float Pool - 36hr Nights

About the role

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. This position is eligible for a $5.00 an hour Float Pool Differential.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred

Schedule

• Three 12 hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation
• Three 12 hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday rotation

Pay

$36.00 - $90.14
