Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

About the role

The Emergency Room at Wilcox Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to support physician staff within this high-intensity unit by delivering quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Support physician staff within the Emergency unit
• Deliver quality nursing care
• Care coordination with other disciplines as needed
• Strong patient care and communication skills required
• Team-oriented atmosphere preferred

Requirements

• Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) CPR cards
• One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in an Emergency Department

Qualifications

• One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in an Emergency Department
• Attendance of a Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), other trauma class or Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)

$49.62 - $70.89 USD per hour
