Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Role: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, advocating for patients and families, and supporting organizational values to enhance patient outcomes and nursing excellence. Responsibilities: Assess patient pain, perform procedures, document care, respond promptly to patient needs, educate patients and families about medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications, and prepare patients for self-management. Qualifications & Skills: Requires RN licensure, with additional certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and trauma nursing within specified timeframes. At least one year of nursing experience is necessary. Some certifications, like Pediatric Emergency Nursing and Trauma Nursing, must be obtained within a year of employment.
