Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Responsibilities

• delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams
• assessing and managing patient pain
• performing procedures
• documenting care accurately
• responding promptly to patient needs
• educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
• advocating for patients
• ensuring safety
• adapting care based on individual psychosocial, cultural, and physical needs

Qualifications

• current Colorado RN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
• graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
• with at least two years ER experience
• Additional certifications like TNCC and ENPC required within six months of hire
