Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Cookordination multidisciplinary teams
- Manage discharge processes
Requirements
- Hold an active RN license
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Advanced life support (ALS) certification
- Experience in acute care
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Pediatric advanced life support preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Clinical competence
- Able to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
