Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full Time

About the role

Full-time position in a 26-bed Emergency Department serving the community 24/7. Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 with support from patient care techs, paramedics, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Evaluate care effectiveness
• Coordinate with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Ensure adherence to mission and standards
• Perform duties involving lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Current RN license (or compact license)
• Ability to work night shifts
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), and unit-specific credentials

Experience in an Emergency Department preferred.
