About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver tailored care in the assigned unit.
- Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions to meet care goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
