Position Details Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) Department: Emergency Department Location: Mercy Hospital Logan County - Guthrie, OK Status: Full-Time, 36 hours per week Rotating weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Provide direct patient care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting with a patient/nurse ratio of 5:1.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care aimed at optimal patient outcomes.Maintain current RN licensure and meet all state board requirements.Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.Obtain or maintain certifications such as ACLS and BLS (training provided if needed), along with any other department-specific certifications.
