Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care in a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate discharge planning. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly. Participate in unit decision-making, safety, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compassionate interactions and optimize patient and family experiences. Promote safety, patient satisfaction, and adherence to policies and standards.Troubleshoot equipment issues and support evidence-based practices.Contribute to a team environment focused on organizational goals and safety. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
