About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Registered Nurse to join our night shift team at INTEGRIS Health Enid in Enid, OK. This role involves managing and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process, with potential requirements to float to other units or participate in on-call status.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Perform assessment and re-assessments of patients.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
- Provide appropriate patient care interventions and documentation.
- Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed personnel in patient care.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
- Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on the level of patient contact required.
- May be required to float to other units or participate in on-call status.
- Report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
