Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and adjust patient care plans.
- Assess, record, and communicate patient conditions accurately.
- Follow physician and nursing orders.
- Cook up discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 1 month of hire.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); minimum 2 years adult ED experience; certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
