About the role
As an Emergency Department Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in a busy community hospital's 24-bed ED, providing care to approximately 80 patients daily of all ages and diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient treatment.
- Utilize advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ESI, AVADE) and pursue certifications like CEN and CPEN.
- Engage in shared governance councils and clinical advancement programs to grow professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Relevant clinical experience.
- No on-call required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
