Responsibilities Include Providing bedside emergency nursing careAdjusting to varying shift lengths of 4, 8, or 12 hoursMaintaining compliance with licensure and certifications Qualifications Graduate from an accredited RN programCurrent RN license in the state or valid compact licensureMinimum of two years recent ER bedside experienceCertifications in BLS, ACLS, PALSPreferred: Epic electronic health record experience Skills & Attributes Flexibility and adaptabilityStrong communication and clinical skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
