This position is for a registered nurse in a fast-paced, 10-12 bed Emergency Department, providing compassionate, skilled care as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a dynamic environment
• Participate in orientation and ongoing education, including certifications like BLS/ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, and PALS
• Maintain current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience
• Contribute to a positive team culture and ensure patient safety and satisfaction
• Engage in shared governance and voice initiatives to improve practice

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
• Relevant clinical experience in emergency or similar settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
