Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology Lab

About the role

Responsible for executing nursing interventions, carrying out physician orders, and developing individualized patient care plans within the Electrophysiology Lab.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing interventions and follow physician directives.
• Develop and monitor patient care plans, documenting progress and changes.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care.
• Assess and assist with post-care needs, supporting patient transitions and discharges.
• Serve as the primary contact across healthcare disciplines to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Evaluate post-care needs and facilitate smooth patient transitions and discharges.
• Document and report changes in real time.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license recognized in a Compact State.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Accredited nursing diploma or equivalent licensure.
