Registered Nurse - Educator - Full Time

About the role

Provide direct patient care to individuals of all ages with head, neck, and spine injuries, primarily in a neurology unit. This hybrid role combines clinical duties with teaching responsibilities when students are present, acting as both a nurse and educator.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals with neurological injuries.
• Coordinate with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient comfort and outcomes.
• Teach and mentor students when present, integrating education into clinical practice.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• BLS certification (required).
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or ENPC may be required based on the unit.
