This role involves assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff within a healthcare setting. You will ensure adherence to safety protocols, identify educational needs, and design curricula based on evidence and organizational policies. The position emphasizes teaching using adult learning principles, evaluating program outcomes, and continuously improving instructional quality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional competency and promote ethical practices

- Assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
- At least three years of relevant experience in healthcare education or staff development
- Active RN licensure
- CPR certification
- Instructor certifications (as applicable)
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in a healthcare setting
