About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for Clinical Nurse Education to join our RN Clinical Education Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate nursing education programs across various clinical areas, including Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Perinatal, Med/Surg, and Psych/Behavioral Health.
- Collaborate with Nursing Leadership and staff to assess educational needs and implement effective training solutions.
- Support orientation, continuing education, and professional development of nursing staff, preceptors, residents, and students.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote clinical practice excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
- Current state licenses and certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC).
- At least 3 years of current experience in the relevant clinical specialty.
Pay
Up to a $15K sign-on bonus available.
