About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans to support patient recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and provide direct patient support when necessary. Serve as a resource for staff by addressing complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate patient milestones and contribute to their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications and skills
- Valid RN licensure as per state regulations.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications are preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
