Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license
• Maintain required licensure

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Additional unit-specific certifications as needed, which may include ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, or others
