Registered Nurse - Dialysis Floater

About the role

Provides patient-centered care at clinics across the Central Georgia area, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to assist in delivering high-quality dialysis treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments pre- and post-treatment and monitor patients during dialysis.
• Administer medications per physician orders and review patient medication profiles monthly.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and staffing compliance.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and education.

Requirements

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Qualifications

Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, dialysis experience advantageous.
