Registered Nurse - Dialysis

About the role

Responsible for managing complex hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments, ensuring patient safety by monitoring vital signs and responding to life-threatening complications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee dialysis treatments for patients with kidney failure.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to critical changes.
• Educate patients and families on home care, fluid restrictions, and dietary adjustments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans.
• Providing life-saving care, stabilizing critical patients, empowering patients with education, and driving collaborative team care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure.
• Preferred: Dialysis experience and 2+ years of nursing experience.
