About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by using technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice, and coordinating care with other health team members.
Responsibilities
- Absorbs and interprets information from various sources including patients, families, physicians, non-nursing disciplines, support staff, and others.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans based on assessment findings and collaborative input from interdisciplinary team members.
- Coordinates and delegates care to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
- Evaluates patient responses to interventions and revises care plans accordingly.
- Promotes professionalism by participating in professional development activities and adhering to legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Valid compact license must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of hire date.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience preferred.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $35.22 - $53.29. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
