The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.

Responsibilities

Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
Affirms patients routinely and with changes of condition
Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
Edifies patients as necessary
Safeguards the patient care plan is implemented
Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's
