Requirements Current California Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificationPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificationMinimum of 3 years experience in Open Heart procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular and Vascular Hybrid procedures On-Call Requirements On-call duties are required, with four call teams available. On average, team members take call three days each week and one or two weekends a month. Weekend call typically runs from Friday 1500 to Monday 0630. CV1: 1500 - 0630CV2: 1500 - 2300Peds: 1500 - 0630 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)Hybrid: 1500 - 0630 Weekend Call Teams CV and Hybrid Block scheduling may be approved by the manager and should be discussed during the interview process.
