About the role

He/she ensures adherence to organizational policies and maintains high standards of practice while coordinating patient care activities and supervising assigned staff to deliver quality nursing services.
Qualifications
- Recognized Nursing Diploma or Degree
- License as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state
- BCLS certification
- Specialty-specific credentials such as ACLS, PALS, or chemotherapy certification, depending on the department
- Additional certifications may be necessary for specialties like cardiac, critical care, dialysis, emergency, pediatrics, surgical services, or women's services
Experience
Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have hospital experience, demonstrating professional growth and accountability in a clinical setting.
