About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting. They practice in alignment with evidence-based standards, the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor
• Promote evidence-based practice and research
• Develop protocols for optimal patient outcomes
• Proactively plan patient care
• Support resource management
• Ensure compliance with policies
• Respond to emergencies decisively

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS
• At least 5 years of direct patient care experience
