Registered Nurse - Critical Care

About the role

Provide specialized nursing care in a Critical Care Unit, assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and managing individualized care plans, and coordinating treatment with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely interventions to support recovery
• Track patient progress
• Communicate updates
• Prepare patients and families for discharge to ensure safe transitions

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
• BLS and Advanced Life Support certifications obtained within specified timeframes
• Education from an accredited nursing program is required
