Registered Nurse - Correctional - $1,546 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for a correctional facility in Bland, Virginia.

About the Role

This is a Government contract position for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in corrections, working the night shift. The role offers a 13-week contract with the possibility of local or travel candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to correctional facility inmates.
• Assess health conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with medical and correctional staff to ensure inmate well-being.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• Corrections experience is preferred.

Pay

Pay range: $1,636.31 - $1,718.13 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Option 1: Three 12-hour shifts (10:00 PM - 10:30 AM).
• Option 2: Four 10-hour shifts (10:00 PM - 8:30 AM).
• Every other weekend and holidays as needed.
