About the Role
The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus Hospital is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a member of our team, you will coordinate the care needs of assigned patients and develop comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum. You will partner with patients and their primary physicians to create customized care plans based on individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, social work, and others to ensure appropriate tests and treatments are delivered in a timely fashion.
- Advocates for the patient.
- Balances care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved.
Requirements
- Academic degree in nursing (required). Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred).
- 2 years of nursing experience (required).
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice, or policy.
- AHA BLS certification.
