About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide expert care in a Level II Trauma center, focusing on outpatient surgery. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing in the OR, collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety, and maintaining accurate records using EPIC. Flexibility to float to the main OR is required.
Requirements
- Active California RN licensure
- At least 2 years of recent OR experience
- BLS certification (required)
- ACLS and PALS (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Adherence to healthcare standards
