Registered Nurse - Clinics

Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive outpatient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care in clinics supporting OB/GYN and general surgery services. Responsibilities include triaging, executing treatments, administering medications, and supporting patient education on health management. The role involves documentation, adhering to protocols, and participating in quality improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license.Minimum one year of clinic or hospital nursing experience.Preferred: BSN, IBCLC, or Wound Care certifications.Strong communication, critical thinking, and judgment skills.Ability to operate medical equipment, document accurately, and respond swiftly in emergencies.Physical ability to assist with patient transfers and navigate busy clinical settings. Key Duties Perform general nursing care following standards and regulations.Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and consent, ensuring confidentiality.Provide treatments, monitor responses, and consult with physicians as needed.Educate patients and families on health management.Document assessments and interventions, participate in team-based care, and track quality data.
