About the role
The RN Clinical Practice Team Lead role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas.
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned nursing staff
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Evaluate and improve nursing practices
Requirements
- Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS Certification
- Two years of RN experience
- Experience in area of specialty may be required
- Supervisory experience preferred
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- BSN preferred

Pay
The base range is $83,324.80 to $112,736.00 per year.
Schedule
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
