About the role

The RN Clinical Manager oversees all clinical operations and patient services at a designated home health branch, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze clinical plans
• Manage caregiver assignments
• Review patient assessments and guide clinicians to develop personalized care plans
• Monitor documentation and coordinate communication among team members
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Supervise clinical staff, handle disciplinary actions, and conduct staff training
• Evaluate staff performance
• Assist in sales and marketing efforts
• Provide direct patient care during emergencies

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Current RN license
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Experience with home health agencies or Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA)

Skills

• OASIS and CMS billing knowledge
• Management experience
• Valid driver’s license
