About the Role
A Registered Nurse serving as a Clinical Coordinator to support patient care and staff management by coordinating care delivery, acting as a clinical resource, and collaborating with management on operational and quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care delivery by assigning, scheduling, delegating, and evaluating staff performance.
- Assist in evaluating patient care quality and participate in process improvement activities.
- Act as a clinical resource, facilitating staff development, conducting in-service programs, and supporting staff education.
- Collaborate with management on staffing, scheduling, and policy development.
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Assist with unit throughput, maintaining appropriate nurse-patient ratios, and improving efficiency.
- Contribute to departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- One to two years of progressive nursing experience with leadership potential.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
