Registered Nurse - Clinical

About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to hospitalized patients, assessing and reassessing their conditions, developing and evaluating individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-appropriate assessments and document findings accurately.
• Implement and modify care plans based on patient data, diagnosis, and physician orders.
• Administer medications, monitor IV fluids, and coordinate referrals and discharge planning.
• Provide specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, respecting confidentiality and promoting service excellence.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and professional development activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection prevention, and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in the applicable state and BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, cognitive, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing demands, and demonstrate professionalism.
