Registered Nurse, Child and Adolescent Unit

About the role
We are searching for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric program for children and adolescents. In this role, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to young patients facing mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
- Lead and document therapeutic groups and interventions.
- Safely administer medications and manage crises using de-escalation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Must hold current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
- Experience in an inpatient psychiatric nursing setting is preferred but not required.
