Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a community health setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance
  • Supporting staff growth
  • Participating in recruitment
  • Providing patient care including assessments, health history documentation, and assisting providers
  • Developing work plans
  • Managing patient flow
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
  • Active RN license (dual licensure in WA & OR within 120 days)
  • Minimum one year RN experience; supervisory and patient care experience preferred
  • BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with computer programs
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred
