Responsible for clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance
- Supporting staff growth
- Participating in recruitment
- Providing patient care including assessments, health history documentation, and assisting providers
- Developing work plans
- Managing patient flow
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active RN license (dual licensure in WA & OR within 120 days)
- Minimum one year RN experience; supervisory and patient care experience preferred
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computer programs
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred
