About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor in a community health setting.
Key Duties
- Performing patient assessments, administering medications, and educating patients.
- Supervising and supporting nursing and support staff, managing schedules, and staff development.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with policies, HRSA, and TJC standards.
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures and implementing care plans.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing and active WA RN license.
- Dual WA/Oregon licensure within 120 days.
- One year RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
