Registered Nurse - Charge RN / Team Lead - Albuquerque, NM
About the role
Supports the clinical team in managing patient care and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Oversees daily operations, coordinates care plans, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversees patient care teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Coordinates care plans and communicates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Manages staff schedules and resources to optimize operational efficiency
- Provides leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience in charge or team lead role preferred
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
