Registered Nurse - Charge, Full-Time, Days

About the role

This position involves providing high‑quality nursing care within a patient‑centered environment, serving as a key member of the care team, and acting as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The RN will participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, and support shared governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, and document care activities accurately.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and communicate effectively with families and staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and support organizational initiatives.
• Mentor and foster growth among nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN license with multi‑state compact or single‑state license.
• Required certifications: BLS (Instructor or Provider).
• Minimum of two years of leadership and Med‑Surg experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professional growth mindset.
