Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing practices according to the most up-to-date evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care.
- Provide and ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient care.
Requirements
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- AHA BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
- BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire (applies to team members hired on or after November 2019).
- Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation with Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
Pay
Minimum rate of $45.14 hourly. The posted rate of pay is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package. The base compensation may vary based on factors including labor market data, experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity, budget, and grant funding. Some roles may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, commissions, or shift differentials for evening, night, or weekend shifts.
