Registered Nurse - Cath lab / EP

Job Summary

Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD)
• Minimum Work Experience: No previous experience required
• Required Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse, CPR-BCLS, ACLS (new hires within 12 months)

• Demonstrates clinical competence in critical care nursing, knowledge, and skills
• Manages telephone communications effectively
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient charts
• Follows safety guidelines
• Ensures excellent time management and attendance
• Handles confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Adequately adheres to OSHA Category 1 - High Risk
