Registered Nurse, Cath Lab, Baptist Downtown

About the role

Baptist Health is Jacksonville's only locally governed, faith-based, not-for-profit health system. We provide a full spectrum of preventive and specialty care through 200+ locations and six hospitals. Our centers of excellence include Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute, and Wolfson Children's Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Aid physicians during cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure monitoring.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines as necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and adhere to ACLS protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• Associate of Science (Nursing) degree required.
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) degree preferred.
• Two years of critical care experience.

• Knowledge of hospital policies and regulations.

Pay

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position with four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 5:00pm. Call required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
