- Monday–Friday

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted RN license meeting Texas requirements
- 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross; hands-on training)
- Case Management certification such as CCM, CDMS, COHN, COHN-S, RN-NCM, or another PWS-approved certification
Responsibilities
- Coordinate occupational health assessments and case management
- Conduct health screenings and medical surveillance activities
- Develop patient care plans and coordinate follow-up services
- Support workplace health, safety, and readiness initiatives
